Welcome friend oxkar.
Have a look at FG Con - there are a very small number of spots available for 1st level characters.

I think with pfs you could play at a higher level table and apply reduced rewards to a lower level character or you can save the chronicle until you reach the right level. Perhaps not ideal, but at least you get the chance to play

As of right now, there are three games at FG Con with openings for a level 1 character. Only one of them is core though. And although it's not being offered as core at FG Con, The Confirmation is always a good one for new level 1 characters!

See these three FG Con links:

Aside from FG Con, to find a game on these forums, look at the game announcements thread:

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16931-***-Game-Announcement-thread-***-Subscribe-to-get-email-updates-GM-posts-only!

When a GM runs a game, they'll generally announce it there, provide a link to the game's calendar entry and a link to a discussion thread. Don't post a reply on the announcement thread, but do subscribe to it so you'll get notified whenever a GM announces a new game.

If you're interested in joining the game, do two things:
Sign up on the calendar entry provided by the GM, and
Post a reply expressing your interest in the discussion thread (not announcement thread)

And yes, trying to find a game by looking through the calendar won't work well. Best approach is to find a game on the forums, then follow a link from the forums to a specific calendar entry.

Welcome aboard and see you in-game!

Oxkar, first of all as the others have said, welcome to Fantasy Grounds as well as to Pathfinder.

Also as bigboom mentioned, there is a stickied thread at the top of this forum called ***Game Announcement Thread*** which you can find on his link, or also here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16931-***-Game-Announcement-thread-***-Subscribe-to-get-email-updates-GM-posts-only!

To subscribe to it simply go to the "Thread Tools" in the upper right area of the screen and click on it to show a drop-down option for Subscribing. Now anytime a GM posts an announcement for a new game, you will be notified.

I believe there are a few groups that meet weekly or bi-weekly on a regular basis that have organized themselves, but on this forum what you will generally get is GMs offering single sessions at various given days and times. Pathfinder Society is set up to be one-shot adventures that each take about 5 hours to get through. That way if your schedule is too busy to commit to a regular weekly group (like my shifting schedule tends to be), you are able to jump into and out of this adventure and that with different GMs and different Players.

Right now things have quieted down a little because GMs are preparing for the upcoming 8th Fantasy Grounds Convention which runs from 8-10 April (just next weekend). You can find a link to that site here: https://www.fg-con.com/events/

Many of the tables are filling up, but there are some spaces left for PFS games as well as others that you might be interested in checking out. If there happens to be a table space available, but the level range of the scenario is outside of what you have as a character, Pathfinder offers pregenerated characters that come in the level varieties of 1st, 4th, and 7th. Sign up for a game if you want and let the GM know if you'll need to be playing a Pregen. As of this writing, if you have a CORE character and would like to stay with just that, there is a game being offered during the CON on Sunday at 1pm GMT/UTC time called "The Stolen Heir" that happens to have one space left. It looks like we'll be running through that at the 1st and 2nd level range, so you should fit right in. If you're not able to make the CON, then no worries, other sessions will be offered once that weekend is over and people are going back to their regular schedules of things.

Again welcome to FG and PFS and we hope to see you around the games. :)

Thanks to all for the info. I already applied to one game at the FG Con (PFS #6-97 Siege of Serpents (subtier 1-2, Normal)). so at least i will have some play time next week (i hope). Thanks.

Are you Oscar on the fg-con.com site? I just got your booking a few days ago and you're set to go. I've sent you an introductory email and a quick follow-up one. Let me know if you've gotten those.

Just keep in mind that the multi-table is a 'Standard' game. You're welcome to play your 'CORE' paladin in it, but if you do so then your Paladin will become 'Standard' and can't be played in 'CORE' games anymore. If you'd like to avoid that, you can easily create another character as a 'Standard' one. If you're not clear on what the difference is, then you can send me a private message or email me.

There is no limit to the number of characters you can have at PFS, but as you know you can only play one character at a time per scenario. Any questions regarding the multi-table, let me know. :)
