TIme in Calendar

I am using the Forgotten Realms calendar in my Hoard of the Dragon Queen campaign.
I have set the year and I have put in player and GM entries.
However, every time I want to input the time / set a time nothing happens. It always reads 12:00 and it can not be changed.
Every time I click on the 12 or the 00 and try and change either of them the numbers I type appear in the chat area.
What do I have to do to input a time?

You edit time in a calendar by holding CTRL and then using your mouse wheel up or down while hovering over the hour or minutes to alter the direction forwards or backwards by one hour or one minute per wheel movement.
