Cannot open character sheet

We play CnC, and one of our players recently began having a problem opening his char sheet. He can choose his character, but once the icon appears he cannot open the sheet by clicking on the icon in the upper left. Releasing that character and choosing another had the same effect. Any ideas? He is all updated..so no issues there...

The player might need to clear his player cache. It's on the start screen in the upper right corner. It's the little nuclear icon. It will delete his player cache and then he will have to re-download everything from you the next time he connects to you.
