You see a lot of people running games through Fantasy Grounds on alonlinetools.net for modules that haven't been released into Fantasy Grounds, like the new Curse of Strahd adventures. Is there a secret coven of people that share the same Fantasy Grounds module or is everyone single DM creating their own module from the printed adventure? I would happily run some games but don't have the time to convert a PDF into Fantasy Grounds due to the kids sports practices taking most of my evenings.

They either create the modules themselves or they join the Quest of the Week Team. Members of the QoTW team have the modules provided for them as a perk of running the weekly scheduled games.

Converting a module for your own use is really very easy. Import maps and set up NPCs and Encounters. Everything else you do from the PDF just like you would around the table.
