Character Powers

Is there any easy way to figure out how to put down powers for characters like race trait like dwarven resilience for race or when you have a class power what would be the way to make them affective to use on the action tab

Are you talking 5E D&D? Over in that forum there are a bunch f threads titled "Complete" <class> something were all the powers and such have been detailed.
