Hello everyone,
i'm new to D&D and Fantasy Grounds so i would like to ask for your help.
I have a Fantasy Grounds License and i went to create a character sheet.
The problem is when i open Library->DD5E SRD DATA->Background it only show the Acolyte background and nothing else.
Is there something i do wrong or it's a bug that i need to fix somehow?
Thank you for your time and help.

Welcome Slalom
The Base License only includes the SRD which is a sample of the PHB/MM/DMG and not the full things.
The Full PHB is the Complete Core Classes and is a licensed product.
You can add the extra backgrounds in manually or buy the Complete Core Classes or the Class Pack in question.

Actually Slalom is correct. He is addressing the full book, where as you are probably thinking of the DD Basic Rules- Player.

If we are looking at Licences I have the Ultimate License. :/
and purchased the "1 x D&D Complete Core Class Pack ($49.99)"
Which also has the single background.

The basic has 7 backgrounds,
where as the complete core class pack has 1, which is Acolyte.

If this is suppose to be based on the physical book, it should have the following:

Acolyte
Charlatan
Criminal
(variant Spy)
Entertainer
(Variant Gladiator)
Folk Hero
Guild Artisan
(Variant Guild Merchant)
Hermit
Noble
(Variant Knight)
Outlander
Sage
Sailor
(Variant Pirate)
Soldier
Urchin

:/ even the first image shows it having more than the 1 background.

If this is not the SRD data, then where is the book stored?

Hi, kathis welcome to Fantasy Grounds and to the Community.

The DD Basic Rules - player has 7 backgrounds; the DD5E SRD Data has one background - acolyte. The Complete Core Class Pack (which shows in modules as DD PHB Deluxe) has all of the backgrounds and is the only one to do so.

So I think what might be happening here is that you are opening up the DD5E SRD Data thinking that is the Complete Core Class pack; but it isn't. You should be looking for DD PHB Deluxe in your data module activation dialog in your library.

Correct.

where as the complete core class pack has 1, which is Acolyte.
The "DD5E SRD Data" module does only have 1 background, because the D&D 5E SRD itself only has one background. The SRD is not the same as the printed books - it is a drastically cut-down set of data.

You're confusing the "DD5E SRD Data" module with the "DD PHB Deluxe" (Core Class Pack) module. Open the "DD PHB Deluxe" module and you'll see all of these backgrounds:

You both were correct, thank you for assisting me in this. It turns out I did not update my side properly. and found it. Hence my confusion seeing two modules that were player related and thinking it that one must have been the free version, (due to so much information missing) whereas the other one had more of a medium amount of information.

Again thank you both for clearing that up for me.

For those that come across this and have the same issue, you need to go to the Settings and sign into your account, update, and then when loading the campaign remember to activate the Module before running the game.

:/ I had missed a step, and thus what I perceived as working was not.

Again my Apologies
