Background Problem

Good evening guys, just bought the game and try to create a character in version 5 and in backgrouds has only the Acolyte, is this a bug or I do something wrong ??

The Base License only includes the SRD which is a sample of the PHB/MM/DMG and not the full things.
The Full PHB is the Complete Core Classes and is a licensed product.
You can add the extra backgrounds in manually or buy the Complete Core Classes or the Class Pack in question.
