Steam content failing to update

Looks like Steam has made some changes? Login failed after re-adding steam credentials. checked on version 3.1.7 and on 3.2.0 both have same error.

(User error with shared steam library, read on if you must )

I just downgraded from 3.2 to 3.1.7 today and my Steam logged in ok...

Hum, lemme reinstall. but from the updater when i add creds for steam it says login failed?

You dont put your steam creds in the updater. you put the forum (here) creds in the updater and you make sure your steam client is running before you run the update.

Ok, uninstalled, deleted roaming folder, program folder 86, deleted reg keys and all I get is Login failed. humm. Maybe the fecal matter has hit the air circulation device but will be fixed when the steam operators wake up :)

And yes forum password works fine in the updater. And thanks for point out the obvious to me. I get that part now

OK, user error. I have a family shared steam library. Lego jurassic didn't close properly so fantasy grounds showed no items in dlc. That is good for another face palm. :)
