If I buy the core class pack and monster pack, and am hosting a game, will the players have the packs, too? For example, will they be able to make a Tiefling Warlock using my core class pack?

Yes, you can share your library with the players. But only share player specific library modules (PHB, etc.) - don't share MM or Adventure modules, just share individual items from these on a case-by-case basis.

Any modules in your own library can be individually set up for you only or to be also shared with your players. :)
