Hi all,
I read forum and clicking really a lot, but missing me here basic informations for beginers.
Beginers which first time run this Fantasy Grounds projects. Because as newbie I need all
informations on one place, and if grow up then another place which extend my skills and
utilise experiences from basic learned things.
We have here The Tavern, City Hall but missing me starting point for students
as "Academy" where new player can get informations who is GM, and on which GM can
turn on with his basic problems which every newbie has - who help him in small Tutorial game
in which he can try if this game is fun or not. Organising this is very important because without
learning new students soon we cant play. Is hard read all raw informations in handbooks,
without examples. Rely on internet or YouTube tutorials isnt effective as we can see.
Too many peoples are here and want play but havent experiences which cant have without playing
as result they quit attend this web pages. Informations which are mostly here aren't important for
them, because they want fun and play and TRY. Not only reading or see as another group starting
again without them, and again only with skill full old veteran players ;o(
Somebody please create small Tutorial campaign + short video tutorial for players and DM
Tutorial campaign for hero Level 1 - 3
1.) this tutorial we can use for teaching new players how to play.
2.) players will help players
3.) GMs help GM
this way we can start Tutorial campaign 1 or 2 per month, And GM for actually Month
we choose from all GMs which are ready teaching new. Of course they must submit
their Tutor position.
For start we need 2-3 GMs and they teach another 2 GMs so quickly we can have enough
GMs ready for learning our school. For this purposes tutorial cant be much longer but
must consist targets for all basic classes as Rogue (ranged attacks from shadows),
Fighter (using hard brutal force), Sorcerer (using spells) etc., basic attacks ranged,
trow or melee.
Academy better connects new students with their teachers. Classes can be divided by
levels for example
Level 0 = new players which need explanatory in Tutorial
Level 1 - 3 = students basics
Level 4 - 8 = students on GMs
Level 9 - 13 = GMs
Level 14 and up = veterans
