DM's Guild, OGL, and Fantasy Grounds

So, now that WotC has released the 5e SRD/OGL, and launched their DM's Guild, I have a few questions.

1) Does any of this change the policies regarding the modifications of existing D&D adventures (5e or not) with regards to FG modules?
2) Can I release 5e FG modules on the DM's guild?
