Hi, all

I can't find the rogue classpack I purchased.

This is how my settings look, it logs in just fine and lists my rogue classpack:

However my DM says there is no classpack to enable in his game, and when I go to "Manage characters" -> "5e" locally I see only this:

I have tried deleting ProgramFiles and ProgramData, reinstall, update a hundre times, re-login a hundred times, but I can't get this to work.

What am I doing wrong?

Edit: oh and I've tried both the Steam demo and the download directly from the site

You need a FG license to use these products. If you don't have one, start a 30 day free trial. If you do have a license, enter your code in the License Key field in settings and run an update.

aha thanks for the reply. I used to have a subscription and a license key. I cancelled the subscription, so maybe the license key is not valid any more. I removed it from the screenshot, but I've tried it.

So if I buy modules I also need a subscription/license key?

Most of the new products (in the last year or so) require a valid license. The products should have listed in their description "Requirements: This content requires an active license to download and use."
