What's the Best video chat software when using FG?

What is the best video chat software to use for DMing a game of FG? Also what are the limitations depending on the computer your using?
(ex: I use a Acer Aspire Laptop with 4G Ram and my internet is Bell Fiber optic 50 High Speed 40 in: 40 out)
