Run Time Error with all admin permissions

I have one player that keeps getting run time errors when trying to connect to my game. Everyone else seems to connect just fine. She has uninstalled/re-installed, ran as admin, made sure all permissions are correct, but still having the following issue.

Windows 10


Runtime Error: Unable to save file (ruleset/CoreRPG/graphics/frames/chatframe_chat.png) to cache. Please restart Fantasy Grounds and reset cache on launch screen before rejoining game.

Runtime Error: Unable to create directory: cache/

Path error in recursive delete (//cache/*)

I can see her connect in the chat room, then it drops.

It sounds like her FG data folder setting is incorrect or blank.

The default location is "C:\Users\<HerUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Fantasy Grounds\", so have her make sure it says that in her FG data folder location (Replacing <HerUserName> with the user name she uses for her machine normally).
