Voucher Purchases

Hi all

I have bought a couple of vouchers for my players via PayPal.... why don't they show up in my Order History ? I

It doesn't link back to a product on our storefront. It is maintained solely within Paypal and gets converted into an order on your player's accounts once they spend the voucher.

OK.. thanks, so who should I mail, as my friend says he never received the voucher, but I have a receipt from Paypal that the funds went out

[email protected] would be my first suggestion. If you don't get anywhere there, please forward a copy of the receipt to us at [email protected] and we can try to get someone at Paypal to assist.

Can you verify that you provided the correct email address when you filled out the voucher and has your friend checked in their spam folder? The email should come from Paypal.
