Custom Extension Request

I'm looking for a helpful soul to write a very basic extension for me. I don't have the time or the brain power to dedicate to learn this. The requirements are quite small (at least I assume that to be the case);

1. Must work with any ruleset.
2. Must post some text (which I will provide) into the chat box on load, including if possible a URL.
3. Should have a custom icon accompanying the text in the chat box.

If this is a burden, I would be willing to provide compensation in the form of a FG gift certificate.

Assuming you're trying to do some sort of message to the players? How about the Message of the Day extension? https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?22369-Message-of-the-Day-%28MOTD%29-Extension

It's more in the players face and also allows you to customise what you show by changing a FG story entry.

Standard size for an icon in the Chatbox is 30*30 pixels

Am I right in assuming this would include 5e, Castles & Crusades, Savage Worlds and 3.5e/PF? Anything in there that shouldn't be, or anything missing that should be there?
