Help Needed With Runtime Error.

I keep getting this error repeatedly:

Runtime Error: Unable to save file (C:/ProgramData/Fantasy Grounds/GlobalRegistry.lua) - Error (13): Permission denied
Database Notice: Campaign saved.

Can I just delete this file?

Yes - just delete that file. If you get that warning on other files then no dont delete.
