As I do everything on my Mac I had to install Plain Clip (https://www.bluem.net/en/mac/plain-clip/) to be able to copy and paste text into Fantasy Grounds. Clicking on Plain Clip to launch it between CMD+C in OSX and the CTL+V in Fantasy Grounds was annoying. Here's how to fix that and make it a hotkey:

(a) Open Automator, choose Service as the type for your new document.
(b) In the left pane, choose Utilities, then Launch Application.
(c) Set the application to launch at Plain Clip (at the top the default of "service receives no input" in "any application" should be fine).
(d) Save your document as Launch Plainclip

Now go to System Preferences, choose Keyboard, then the Shortcuts tab.

(a) On the left pane click on Services
(b) On the right pane scroll down to the General section and find your service titled Launch Plainclip
(c) Place a check in the box to activate that service
(d) To the right click into the hotkey section and choose a hotkey - I chose CMD+` (the tilde key to the left of the 1 key), as that key is not in use for anything

Now I just CMD+C, CMD+`, CTL+V. Saves some mousing and can be done with just the left hand. Hope someone finds that useful.
