How're people setting this ability up these days? I'm very curious. As much automation as possible is my goal

Does [LVL] actually work? I seem to remember trying it at one point and it didn't work, and it isn't listed as one of the options at https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects

Yep, it works for me, Every Thursday! (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?27871-Let-s-Play-Fortress-of-the-Stone-Giants) :D

[LVL] etc. will only work if it is in the effect before it is added to the CT from the actions tab of the character sheet - during the process of adding the effect to the CT the FG code changes [LVL] etc. to the correct value based off the character applying the effect from their actions tab. Just putting [LVL] in an effect that is already in the CT won't do anything.

Is that true of the ability scores too?

Yes, anything in the PC Specific Notes section here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects#PC_Specific_Notes It mentions "When applying effects from the Actions tab of the PC sheet, special tags can be inserted to provide numerical bonuses based on the PC's current attributes." This is the way FG gets to know which PC is applying the effect and can access the relevant data in the character sheet.

What does the TRGT part do?
Also how are we checking alignments? Or creature types?

It seems that the IFT: ALIGN (evil) conditional check only works if the two-letter alignment code is listed in the first line of the Type record of the NPC stat block, as per examples 1 and 2 below. If the alignment is listed on the second line, as per example 3, the check doesn't seem to work. Only trouble is, I believe example 3 is the Paizo standard stat block format. Are others experiencing this problem or am I just doing something wrong?

Example 1 -WORKS
CE Medium humanoid (giant)
Female human ogrekin necromancer 8

Example 2 -WORKS
Female human ogrekin necromancer 8 CE Medium humanoid (giant)

Example 3 - DOESN'T WORK
Female human ogrekin necromancer 8
CE Medium humanoid (giant)

Yep, looks like you're findings are correct. Nice work. Please log this issue in the House of Healing thread, thanks.
