Whenever I leave a campaign or randomly while I'm working on my own I get this error message

Runtime Error: Unable to save file (C:/ProgramData/Fantasy Grounds/GlobalRegistry.lua) - Error (13): Permission denied
Database Notice: Campaign saved.

This started when I updated to version 3.1.6

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a way for me to fix it?

I pay for my subscription I am not running the free version.

** As a side note it seems everything is saving but I'm getting the error anyway**

This seems to be a reasonable common error recently. The answer seems to be to make sure that where you are saving to has full permissions and also to run FG as administrator. More info here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?28438-Permission-Denied) and in other posts

The error message was introduced in v3.1.6 - previously you wouldn't have known if any FG files couldn't be saved. Just now, in v3.1.6, you know about it.

GlobalRegistry.lua holds campaign preference settings for older rulesets.

The devs are working on a solution for instances over the last few months where FG has stopped updating files. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?28451-Request-for-helping-test-updater-installer-changes

You can just delete the file in the FG data folder, and it will be re-added on update. I don't believe that any of the current rulesets save anything there since it's only campaign independent data, so you shouldn't lose any info. Alternately, you can change the security settings on the file.
