My players keeps getting this message. We checked the settings in the Fantasy Grounds Updater to ensure that the folders were pointed to the right place, but he keeps getting the following Error message:
"ERROR-GetProducts:Network:Connecting to Host retrying in 10 seconcds"
We logged in to the community as well to ensure that Fantasy Grounds would be able to track if he has any purchases etc. We are still getting the message.
Any ideas on how to help?
