How about the ability to increase font size in story telling for us blind folks

You can scale the UI overall (either via settings, or via chat command). I don't believe there's any way to manipulate the font size for specific fonts, or specific window classes.

Fonts and font sizes are specified per-ruleset, not globally, so anything more granular that what is already there would have to be ruleset specific settings I think.

The command to scale the user interface is /scaleui 120 or whatever percentage you are looking for.
