Error "HandleFile" Cannot install Harried at Hillsfar

I grabbed a couple of those free DnD 5E modules, when I run the updated I get this error and they do not install:

"HandleFile
Unable to save file (module/AL - Expeditions Standard Intro - S2.mod) to content vault"

Any assistance would be great. Thanks!

1) Do you have a FG licence other than the free one? You need a valid licence/subscription to install WotC content.
2) If you have a valid licence and FG *doesn't* display "v3.1.5 Free" in the top right hand corner of the initial launch screen, then exit FG and restart FG with admin privileges - right-click on the FG startup icon and select "Run as Administrator" (this might be within a "more" option after right-clicking).
