My Update Keeps Failing

Hi I just purchased D&D Legacy of the Crystal Shard (5e)

I have tried 7 times now and it seems to be having trouble giving me this file any suggestions, I would really love to delve into my new Adventure.

I haven't seen that error before. Most download problems are caused by incorrect information in settings such as the wrong license key. Can you check that your license key and name and password are correct in settings. Possibly also try running Fantasy Grounds in administrator mode or running the updater directly, again in administrator mode.

Thanks for your help but in the end I think it was too much Wi Fi being shared off my modem, when I got the kids off the X-box and the patch had all the band width the Patch had the strength to pull it down the files with no latency timeouts or errors.
