How do I remove this Image?

I have my own custom graphics for my games but somewhere FG is telling it to put the circular dragon on top of my graphics. I can't figure out where it tells it to do this, so I can remove it.12773

In the options window, there is an option to specify with desktop decal to use. The circular dragon is the default decal. It can be turned off.
