Twilight 2000 Rpg anyone know what basic ruleset?

hello everyone.. first post of the day so there is no one thinking i am accidently spamming.. whatever that means... anyways was wonsering if anyone knows what the old Twilight 2000 rpg rules might be built off of. if anyone might know please shoot me a email. wouldnt mind trying to play that. thanks

Jerryrig is working on a game for Twilight 2000 updated to 2013 in CoreRPG. He has a thread under the looking for players forum. His game hasn't started yet though we have done a lot of character creation. I am sure he wouldn't mind if you message him with your questions.
