Update from 3.1.5 FREE to ultimate not working

Just started my 30 day free trial of the Ultimate subscription.

Following the 1-7 steps in the FGUpgrade instructions I've:
-Added the license key I got in my mail into settings
-Entered my forum name
-Clicked update

This makes the updater run it's process, the expected result would be that FG is upgraded to the ultimate version, confirmed by writing Ultimate in the top right corner. However, my FG remains as the v.3.1.5 Free version.

In settings, Update Mode is set to live.
Any help, hints or suggestions to why FG wont update to Ultimate for me is welcome.

Shoot me an email over to [email protected] with the license key you are trying to enter and a screenshot of your Settings screen. The license key is a series of Letters and numbers in groups of 5 characters with dashes between them. It should only be entered into the first license key field in your settings.
