Im using the homemade shadowrun4 ruleset and while I love it, some of the fonts are hard to read with the current color schemes. Is there a way that someone can tell me, how to go in and change the colors to something easier for myself and my players to read?

It requires the fonts to be redefined in the ruleset. This can be done by modifying the ruleset directly, or building an extension to override those fonts. It does require some familiarity with XML to look through the ruleset to see which font resources need to be redefined and to build the extension to override them.

Does changing the mood lighting help in any way? I know it's not changing the font colour specifically, but it might make some of the text you're finding hard to read a little easier to make out. Use the lighting button on the top right of the desktop or experiment with the /lighting command: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Chat_Commands

Sadly changing the mood lightning doesnt help for this rule set.

Yes that is in fact the ruleset I am talking about. The OOC font is difficult to read. I wish I knew how to alter chat box colors and font colors on my own, it would have made things easier on everyone instead of me having to ask for help in here. Alas however I was not born with many good programming bones in my body

Is this something that everyone would like changed in the ruleset? I am happy do so if it's requested.

I think Ive seen it requested one time before - two times is not so many but I do think the heavier fonts are a bit easier to read myself.
