Can't Host game

So i just Upgraded to an Ultimate License and am trying host a game with 5 Free license, and they are unable to connect. Ports are set up properly, and my friends with a full license are able to connect. I am running Path finder. any advice?

Does it say Ultimate at the top right of the splash page?

What specific error messages are the free licence players getting? Are you all playing on a LAN with no Internet connection? (The free licences need an internet connection to verify the ultimate licence they're connecting to).
