Quests do not open in the hotkey bar, and throw an error--ONLY IF the quest is not closed and reopened before dragging to the hotkey bar.
To reproduce:
Create a quest item.
Drag it onto the hotkey bar BEFORE closing..
Click it or press the appropriate hotkey.
Result: It does not open, and throws the error:
Runtime Notice: Host session started
Runtime Error: desktop: Unable to create window with invalid class (ref_quest : quest.id-00001)
