Is it possible to hold an Ultimate Account, and allow another player to GM while I am online?

No, I'm afraid not.

What some groups do when they have "shifting/revolving GMs" is each GM takes out a monthly subscription (Ultimate: $10) and when they are only Playing they suspend their subscription for that month. Then, when its their turn to GM again they simply re-instate their subscription.
