Need help plz. Having trouble making Npc's in 4th ed 3.1.5 version..

I'm creating a new campaign but its been a long time sense i used the program, and i can't seem to find a good tutorial for making npc's in the newest version of 4th edition. If anyone knows of a video or could make a video ..it would be great... we can't seem to get the skills and abilities to work well.. so a full video on how to make one would be really amazing...

4E NPCs are some of the easiest because you can just look at things that are the same level as examples and go from there. What level is the thing you are trying to make and is it a soldier, brute, skirmisher, controller or lurker?

I'm sure it is ...but im having trouble making it work+

We were trying to make a Fire Elemental Level 11 skirmisher but we having trouble getting the traits standard actions and minor actions and triggered actions to go in the right spots like they should

It can be a pain to fill things in right. Here is something to help get the powers right - fill in the stats...

and then for the powers first click the brown slash
