I am a new player looking to get my first game under my belt. I played pen and paper back in the day. But it seems that no longer goes on. I am up for just about anything just need a little guidance to get started.

Hey Ian

Make sure you apply to games that GMs advertise directly. Apply in the threads, send them a PM and apply on Calendar.

Also consider trying something that is out of your usual experience and meet some new players.

And next weekend we have a bunch of One Shots running which are all newbie friendly - some really great genres/settings being run.
