Ruleset error at launch

Hi all, Again having issues with a file. I know part of this is my PC which is getting rebuilt very soon (not soon enough). I am now getting this error on trying to load FG. I have to go thru the updater and can eventually get it working. Any clue what I can do to fix this permanently ? Reinstall maybe ? DO I need to back up my campaign files ? Thanks for the help.

It definitely looks like the install is messed up. You'll need to update again.

You can also try deleting everything in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Fantasy Grounds", and reinstalling from installer on web site.

How are you starting Fantasy Grounds? That exact error occurs if you double-click a FG file and open it using the Fantasy Grounds exe. Try starting FG from the Start Menu or the desktop shortcut (if you have one).
