Ranger's Favorite Terrain Question

I'm curious as to know that for my favorite terrain, can I say Urban or city areas for it?

I'd say no; since that's not a natural environment. Also thematically a Ranger wouldn't go near a city or urban area unless they have to. Urban and City is more the rogue's ballywick.
