Chat window tabs?

Maybe I'm crazy, but I could have sworn that the chat window used to have tabs on it and one of them was for rolling dice, like for character creation. I distinctly remember setting it up so I could roll a ton of d6s and have it ignore the lowest die. But I no longer see tabs on the chat window and I'm not sure how to get it back.

It's in the manage character selection. Start FG and going into manage characters.
