Are there any good tutorials for creating handout images?

Specifically, the players find a letter on the dead wizard that reveals he was working for a bigger boss.

The letter would look wrinkled and maybe torn. The writing would be script.

If you have an image editor (gimp or photoshop) it's just a matter of finding a good paper texture (https://www.google.com/search?q=paper+texture&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjrne-WzunJAhXBRiYKHVzXDI8Q_AUIBygB&biw=1600&bih=815) and the right font (https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=603).

and saving it in a low enough resolution that its legible and it also doesnt take too long too load.

Actually, with those textures and fonts, I can do that in Paint. Thanks!

And now moving to the next level, if I wanted to create a "note" in Elven/Undercommon/etc -- are there fonts that will look like the ones used by FG?

For instance, I'd like to have a wanted poster (for the Drow in Harried in Hillsfar, Episode 2) in Undercommon.
