AT&T UVERSE port 1802 forwarding

I know this has been addressed before because I was one of the ones that needed and received the help. I can get as far as going to my router through AT&T's site (192.168.1.254) and going to firewall and then applications but I am doing something wrong from there. Any help would be appreciated!
