Dungeon Master's Guide & Players

Hi all,

Can the new Dungeon Master's Guide be accessed by players or only DMs?

Specifically, I'd like to be able to add some of the magic items to my player sheet.

I believe there was an issue that may crop up with DMs sharing the module to players and it crashing clients due to the size of the module (a LOT of pictures). But if you have the module yourself and just want to access it, you can probably export your character to a private game where you are the DM, add some items and whatnot to the character sheet and reimport it back to the original game with the items on the sheet.
If you are meaning the DM able to give you items in a game you are a player in, then that will work. All the DM needs to do it drag the item into your character icon in the top left, or into the party inventory frame.
