Can't run any Pathfinder campaigns after update

Had issues trying to update to 3.1.5 because of my anti Virus. Though I hasd resolved that but Now I can't launch most of my campaigns. Keep Getting References missing child rule set errors. Suggestion on t-shooting other than reloading everything?

You'll be missing either the CoreRPG or 3.5E rulesets (or both). Check the <FG App Data>\rulesets directory and see if CoreRPG.pak and 3.5E.pak are there. If they are, delete them and run and update, if they aren't there run an update.
