Effects, the DMG and the Wiki

With the DMG out today I expect that many DMs might well be tempted to dip into effects if they haven't already done so in order to automate some of those cool new items at their fingertips.

So, I've spent most of the day updating the Effects Wiki with a lot more information on creating and using effects. I've incorporated a couple of articles that I had written for FGCon and also updated some of the bits that were there before which have been overtaken by updates and also added in a few more examples.

On the plus side, this was already a pretty damned useful page and now it's even better. :)
On the negative side, now I have to read the whole thing again to make sure I catch all the new stuff. :)
