Then I thought about some of the posts we get on these boards and started laughing again :D

The internet in a nutshell right there.

I think it was Lewis Black that said something to this effect in one of his shows: "Lets say we could transport a man from the fifties in time and bring him to today. And say to him: "We now have a device. It fits in our back pocket and it has access to all the collected human knowledge of history. And we use it to watch films of cute cats... and he wouldn't believe you!"

That stuck with me. Because it is so true.

Agreed, in a nutshell.

Another one that I recall was from one of the chaps from Bioware saying that if they could sell a game with a big button on it that allowed you to have all the things you ever wanted to have in an RPG; there would be arguments about the colour of the button :)
