Hi Forum,

Going to be running a Star Wars game in about a year or so, but I'm having trouble deciding on what system to use for it in fantasy grounds. Now, if this were true tabletop I would be using Saga Edition, hands down my favourite. Everyone knows it (it's basically 4th ed D&D), it's easy to run, and I have the books. However I hear tell of the fan made module for FG is somewhat incomplete.

So what does the community think? What system in FG would be best for running a Star Wars game?

Thanks.

The Star Wars: Edge of the Empire ruleset and associated modules are the best "Star Wars" platform available on FG at present. Discussed a little here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?26654-Looking-for-info-Star-Wars-Rule-sets with links to the ruleset, modules and videos.

You might love or hate the dice pool mechanic, so that will probably be your main deciding factor. In addition, it's an actively developed RPG with campaign books and player books coming out every 1-2 months for the three different flavours of the game, which are all 100% compatible.
