Not required anymore Changed the way we will do things in are mods. Problem not relevant anymore

The Primary Target XML's in the ext would probably be ref_equipment.xml, ref_equipment_lists.xml and strings.xml as those are the only ones I have changed for the Equipment Table changes. the others are for ext icon, the Ref Manual window class Mod and a few for stuff I have not started so they have not been changed and are not part of <include> yet so not active.
