Arrows don't walk for "language" text

Running 3.1.5.

Not sure when this was introduced, but if I "talk" using the language feature from within the chat window, this text input is not retrievable using the up and down arrows.

So, if I mistakingly talk using giant, but wanted to emote, I cannot use the arrows to get to the text to re-enter it as an emote.

Anyway you are correct. Interestingly enough if you type in some ordinary text, press return, push the arrow key to retrieve it, edit it, change the language, press return, you can now retrieve it.
