DM option to force books to be loaded.

Hi Everyone,

I seem to remember that when I first started using fantasy grounds, I had three options to choosing what books could be uploaded for the PCs. I had the red X, the green Check Mark, and another that was a lightning bolt to force the book to be downloaded.

Did the software get rid of the force download option or am I missing a step here?

Yes, this option was removed recently as GMs were mistakenly sharing whole adventure modules and the large ones were causing clients to crash.

With "Allow" the module will still be downloaded, but not until the players opens the module. Still, don't allow whole adventure modules, just library modules.

Yes, indeed. The force download option was removed as it is no longer needed.
