Ultimate Subscription Question

Hello,
I recently added an ultimate subscription. I have added the key to my client but people with a unpaid version of the software get an error when trying to connect to my game. Is this expected? I don't know if it has an effect but I am still under the 30 day trial portion of the Ultimate Subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you see "v3.1.4 ULTIMATE" in the top right of the first FG launch screen.

Have you ran an update after adding your new key to the settings window?

I have updated but I am not sure of the version info on the launch screen. I will check that.

So without realizing it I had put the Ultimate key into the Lite to Full section. I moved it to the other License section and it worked. Thanks for the fast reply.
