Running Giants

I'm starting Against the Giants this weekend and have a question about running creature, Hill Giants in particular. They get 2 greatclub attacks but I see they also get a ranged weapon attack to hurl a rock. Question: Do the Giants get both attack types (club and rock) OR one or the other (club or hurl rock)?

The multiattack says they get two greatclub attacks so the inference is they get either two greatclub attacks or one throw attack. They only get one action per turn and since a ranged attack is an action they can only do that once because it doesn't say they can do it more than once.

And if they are angry, they also should be able to pick human sized player characters for hurling them against walls (cf. Giantcraft, p. 21).
