Character converter error

I keep getting an error when trying to convert characters into a PF campaign, as follows:

Jacobi Jinglestep could not import into campaign DMReckless Testing Grounds. Error: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Fantasy Grounds\campaigns\DMReckless Testing Grounds\db.xml' is denied.


What should I do to unblock this?

A few things to try (in this order):

Make sure FG is not running and loaded the campaign you want to import the character into. Best bet - close FG before using the character converter.
Try running the character converter as administrator. Right-click on the CharacterConverter.exe file and select "Run As Administrator".
Select Output as XML and then load up your campaign in FG and type the /importchar command in the chat window to import the saved XML into your campaign.
