Ok, so I'm a little frustrated over what's going on this morning. Steam forced an update of FG on my Mac. Then, FG launches in Free Version only, despite me logging in via Settings and on top of it all has removed all my purchased module content.

Not pleased that something I pay for is severely broken at the moment, would definitely like some help.

Last time I was having issues with an update I was told to go into the FG Data directory and delete the content.dat and (if it exists) content.dat.tmp files and try running the updater again. Not sure if that is the right move in your situation, but mentioning it as an option - this doesn't remove any of your personally created modules or anything like that - but if your purchased stuff is gone, this probably will fix it.

Yeah, at first it was one thing. But then when I saw my purchases were gone, I upgraded to a new ticket.

I'm closing this thread and keeping the original open. The reason you've "lost" all of your purchases is because FG is behaving as a free licence. If we fix that then this issue will be fixed also.
